Our youth boxers can train 5 times a week, or the can enjoy open gym on their schedule *a parent must be present for open gym for youth boxers under the age of 13*
In our program, the youth boxers are taught the basic stance, footwork and punching combinations. They practice and perfect a wide range of boxing drills, a variety of bodyweight and strength conditioning exercises along with cardiovascular & flexibility related activities which measurably improve their overall physical conditioning and mental focus. Train or Box one-on-one with our expert personal trainers. Each session is one hour in length and you can select from fitness/weight training or boxing.
